Accor Vacation Club has listened to its Members feedback, and made an important change to its business, this week officially announcing that the Club’s reservations centre has been relocated from Singapore to the Gold Coast. The reservation team is now operating out of the company’s head office in Robina. Creating greater synergies, the move ensures a more consistent and smooth experience for Accor Vacation Club Members, with all teams managing Members Services, reservations and other enquiries all under one roof. Accor Vacation Club’s reservation’s team can still be contacted using the same phone numbers below, however the menu options have been adjusted. The new menu options are:

- Option 3 ...... Club Billings
